REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Franklin County is requesting sealed proposals to provide inmate medical services for the detainees housed in the Franklin County Corrections Center (Franklin County Jail), located at 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, Washington 99301. RFP is available from the Franklin County Corrections Center, 509-545-3568.

Sealed proposal must be delivered no later than 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on March 02, 2015. The proposal must be sealed and must be plainly marked in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope “Inmate Medical Sealed Proposal.”

Proposals will be opened and read publicly at 9:00 am Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room.

Attendance at a pre-bid conference is required. A pre-bid conference and site tour will be held on February 24, 2015 at 9:00 am. Notification of attendance at pre-bid conference and site tour is required by February 23, 2015 to Commander Stephen Sultemeier at 509-545-3520.
