NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

TWO (2) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATES

TAKE NOTICE:

That Sunrise Water Association of Othello, WA, has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to change the point of withdrawal as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. G3-25110C & G3-28166C.

These applications have been approved for priority processing under WAC 173-152-050(2)(a).

That Certificate No. G3-25110C authorizes the withdrawal of 300 gallons per minute, 22.4 acres-feet per year, each year, for continuous group domestic supply for 26 lots.

That Certificate No. G3-28166C authorizes the withdrawal of 300 gallons per minute, 155 acre-feet per year, each year, for continuous group domestic supply to 170 mobile home sites.

That the authorized point of withdrawal under both certificates is a well located within the NW1/4SW1/4 of Sec. 17, T. 17N., R. 28 E.W.M.

That they propose to change the point of withdrawal to the SE1/4SE1/4 OR the NE1/4SE1/4 of

Sec. 18, T. 17 N., R. 28 E.W.M.

All within Grant County, Washington

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from February 20, 2015.
