Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on January 22, 2015 from Gilbert Land Company (Designated Contact: Jeff Curtis & Associates, P.O. Box 956, Mattawa, WA 99349), was found to be technically complete on January 30, 2015. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of a 109.96 acre parcel into 2 lots. Lot 1 will be 4.88 acres with an existing residence. Lot 2 will be 105.08 acres which will continue to be used for Agricultural purposes and will have residential capacity. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The property is Farm Unit 43, Block 88 and has a situs address is 3591 Rd. 14.7 SE, Othello WA 99344 in a portion of Sections 22, Township 16 North, Range 27 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #21-1112-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
