Crossroads North Phase 1 Major Plat: Hayden Homes of Redmond, OR submitted an application for a major subdivision on Jan. 13, 2015. Additional required information was submitted on Jan. 28 & Feb. 2, 2015. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on Feb. 3, 2015. The proposal is to divide 8.2 acres into 32 residential lots in the R-1 Single Family Zone. The site is located east of SR-17, halfway between Wheeler Road and Nelson Road, described as a portion of Farm Unit 96, Block 41 in N 1/2 W 1/2 less T#4896, S24-T19N-R28W, Assessor Parcel #11-0069-466. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following development regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code (MLMC) Title 14: Environmental Regulations, Title 17: Subdivisions, Title 18: Zoning, & Title 20: Development Review.
The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 12, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 401 Balsam Street. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and provide comment.
Written comments on the environmental impacts of this proposal will be accepted until Feb. 18, 2015. Written comments on other aspects of this proposal will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on the date of the public hearing. Persons who want to be informed of future actions, or the final decision, on this proposal should provide their name and address to the project planner. The final decision on this proposal will be made within 120 days of the date of the notice of completeness and may be appealed according to the City appeal provisions specified in MLMC 20.11, Appeals.
