NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Jan 13, 2016, at 9:00 am, or as soon thereafter as possible in the office of County Commissioners, Room 201, Franklin County Courthouse, 1016 N. 4th Ave, Pasco, Washington, to take testimony for and against increasing the revenue and expenditure bottom lines of the 2015 Miscellaneous Franklin County TRAC Facility Fund, Number 405-000-001, up to $125,000 from $2,593,727 to $2,718,727.
