NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE PUBLIC WATERS

TAKE NOTICE:

That PUD No. 2 of Grant County of Ephrata, WA on Dec. 4, 2015 under Application No. S4-33169 filed for a temporary permit to appropriate public waters, subject to existing rights, from the Columbia River, tributary to the Pacific Ocean, in the amount of 1.7 cubic feet per second, for irrigation of 22.75 acres in order to establish native vegetation for wildlife habitat.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from December 29, 2015.
