Patrick Charles Riley, an Othello resident since 1993, passed away Dec. 21, 2015. There will be a Celebration of Pat’s life held Jan. 9, 2016 from Noon- 4 p.m. at Mike’s Place (Restaurant) at Potholes Reservoir. 7037 Highway 262 SE, Othello, Wash.

Pat was born in Wichita Falls, Texas Sept. 23, 1940 and raised there until he was 13. His family then moved to Seattle, Wash. where he resided until he moved to Potholes Reservoir in 1993. Pat served in the Marine Corps and then became a pipefitter. Later he retired from the union.

Pat was a huge Seahawk fan, an avid fisherman, and loved his community and friends. He will be missed for the great father, grandfather and friend he is to so many. A man who thought of everyone he met as a friend and with so many friendships that lasted a lifetime.

Pat is survived by his children Donna Seeber along with her husband Karl; Ed Riley and wife Cherie; and nephew Rob Riley and his wife Sandi. He has eight grandchildren: Garrett, Maitland, Christian, Karlee, Kasandra, Kris, Kendrick, and Casey. He has seven great-grandchildren: Riley, Jaymason, Avery, Mackenzie, Nora, Kealan, and Khloe.
