An ordinance providing for substantial need to increase the regular property tax limit factor above the rate of inflation pursuant to RCW 84.55.0101

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which states that the limit factor for the tax year 2016 shall be one percent (1%).

This ordinance, which was passed on December 22, 2015 will take effect immediately upon passage.
