Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on December 16, 2015 from Fausto & Maria Villafana (Designated Contact: Erik Angel, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), was found to be technically complete on December 21, 2015. Project: A Short Subdivision of a 27.02 acre parcel into 3 lots. Lot 1 will be 5.86 acres. Lot 2 will be 15.86. Lot 3 will be 15.01 acres and has an existing shop. The intended use of each lot is residential. Location: The proposal is located on E Rd NW and is approximately 3.32 miles south of Ephrata, WA and 8.57 miles east of Quincy, WA. The parcel is in the NE corner of Section 18, Township 20 North, Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #16-0621-000. Zoning: Rural Residential 1. Public Hearing: None. Consistency Statement: This proposal is subject to, and shall be consistent with, Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed or hand-delivered. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above mentioned proposal and materials.
