The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 15-14 replacing Appendix G of Chapter 5.04 of the Royal City Municipal Code entitled “Garbage Collection and Disposal” relating to garbage rates. This ordinance was passed on the 15th day of December, 2015, and shall be in full force and effect five days after the publication of this summary as provided by law.
