Notice of Open Record Appeal Hearing

WinCo Foods is proposing to build a 58,285 SF grocery store and to divide one parcel of an existing binding site plan into 3 new parcels. The site is located south of 1020 Stratford Rd, described as Parcel J, Big Bend Binding Site Plan; Parcel #09-0629-011, in the C-2 General Commercial Zone. An appeal objecting to the Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) and the binding site plan (BSP) approval has been filed with the Community Development Department.

The Planning Commission will conduct an open record appeal hearing on both the MDNS and BSP appeal on Jan. 6 & 7, at 6:30 PM in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Balsam Street.
