Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services

Electrical Engineering Services to assist with the design and construction phases of the Winona Lift Station Reconstruction Project and other various City projects in 2016. The project will involve electrical and control systems design for the wastewater pumping facility.

The City of Moses Lake requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ=s) for the following:

Electrical Engineering Services to assist with the design and construction phases of the Winona Lift Station Reconstruction Project and other various City projects in 2016. The project will involve electrical and control systems design for the wastewater pumping facility.

The Winona Drive Lift Station Reconstruction Project shall consist of relocating the existing pump controls above ground and converting the station to submersible pumps.

SOQ's shall include, at a minimum, a listing of similar projects and resumes for the key people that will be involved with this work. All work shall be done in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Washington State requirement, and shall be stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Washington.

The submittal is limited to 10 sheets (using both sides, and 20 pages total). Additional information may be included as addenda, but will not be used for ranking firms.
