Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on December 07, 2015 from Hintz Land LLC (Designated Contact: Knud Knudsen, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376), was found to be technically complete on December 14, 2015. Project: A Short Subdivision of a 152.83 acre parcel into 2 lots. Lot 1 will be 3.23 acres and has an existing home, garage, shed, well and septic system. Lot 2 will be 148.41 acres and will contain open space within the existing crop circle for agricultural purposes. Lot 1 will have Urban Residential 1 zoning. Lot 2 will have Urban Commercial 2 zoning. Location: The proposal is located on Beverly Burke Rd NW, just east of the intersection of Beverly Burke Rd SW and Baseline Rd W and is just south of the City of George. The parcel is in the NW corner of Section 6, Township 18 North, Range 24 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #20-1541-000. Zoning: Urban Residential 1; Urban Commercial 2. Public Hearing: None. Consistency Statement: This proposal is subject to, and shall be consistent with, Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed or hand-delivered. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above mentioned proposal and materials.
