Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Conditional Use) was received by Grant County on October 19, 2015 from the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Designated Contact: Charity Davidson, South Mission Street, Suite 200, Wenatchee, WA 98801 and was found to be Technically Complete on December 14, 2015. PROJECT: Construction of several engineered groundwater relief bypass structures and install temporary culverts to divert rising groundwater levels off of WDFW owned lands (Troutlodge Hatchery) downstream into Rocky Ford Creek. The groundwater in the area is rising due to the increased flow via the Potholes Supplemental Feed Route (operated by USBR). STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is the Troutlodge Fish Hatchery located at the intersection of Troutlodge Rd. NE and Rd. B.5 NE, approximately two (2) miles east of SR 17 in a portion of Sections 16 and 21, Township 21N, Range 27E, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #16-1784-000 & 16-1797-002. ZONING: Rural Remote. SHORELINE DESIGNATION: High Intensity Public Facility. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
