Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services

Engineering services as needed in the design of the Sand Dunes Wastewater treatment plant headworks improvements.

The City of Moses Lake requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) for the following:

Engineering services as needed in the design of the Sand Dunes Wastewater treatment plant headworks improvements. The improvements shall include adding a second mechanical screen and channel to increase the headworks capacity to 4.4 MGD and replacing deteriorated equipment. The services will include equipment and sizing recommendations, preparing of plans and specifications, and providing other technical oversight and review of the project.

SOQ's shall include, at a minimum, a listing of similar projects and resumes for the key people that will be involved with this work. All work shall be done in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Washington State requirement, and shall be stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Washington.

The submittal is limited to 10 sheets (using both sides, and 20 pages total). Additional information may be included as addenda, but will not be used for ranking firms.
