Notice is hereby given that FKAB LP, a Washington limited partnership (the “Partnership”), has dissolved, effective as of December 4, 2015.

Notice is hereby given that FKAB LP, a Washington limited partnership (the “Partnership”), has dissolved, effective as of December 4, 2015.

Any person having a claim against the Partnership is requested to present the claim in accordance with this notice. All claims against the Partnership must be submitted in writing to the Partnership at the mailing address stated below:

All claims must include (i) the name and address of the claimant, (ii) the basis for the claim, and (iii) the date(s) of occurrence of the event(s) on which the claim is based.

A claim against the Partnership is barred unless an action to enforce the claim is commenced within three (3) years after publication of this notice. The barring of a claim against the Partnership will also bar any corresponding claim against any general partner or person dissociated as a general partner based on RCW 25.10.401.
