NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that absentee ballots in the December 8, 2015, election will be received at the office of the South Columbia Basin Irrigation District, P.O. Box 1006, Pasco, Washington 99301, until 8:00 p.m. on election day or, if by mail, postmarked not later than midnight on election day, and received by the District’s Secretary within five (5) days of that date (12:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 13, 2015).
