NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Agape Christian Academy, PO Box 220, Eltopia, WA 99330 for a Conditional Use Permit, CUP 2016-01.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Agape Christian Academy, PO Box 220, Eltopia, WA 99330 for a Conditional Use Permit, CUP 2016-01. The application is a Conditional Use Permit to construct a multipurpose building that would be used for private church and school related activities. The private school would be used for up to 30 children and the building would be utilized 5 days a week during the normal school year calendar.

The subject parcel is described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

Portion of Township 11 N., Range 29 E., Section 24 (Parcel Number 123240153).

NON-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The 91 acre farm is located north of the City of Pasco, west of Glade North Road, along the north side of Dogwood Road near site address 2500 Dogwood Road (Parcel Number 123240153).

NOTICE IS GIVEN that said application will be considered by the Franklin County Planning Commission. Said consideration will be a public hearing on January 5, 2016 at the hour of 6:30 p.m. in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 and all concerned may appear and present any support for or objections to the application. Written comments are accepted prior to the public hearing and those comments shall be submitted to the Franklin County Planning Department, 1016 North 4th, Pasco, Washington 99301.
