The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 15-09 assuming the rights, powers, functions, and obligations of the Royal City Transportation Benefit District (TBD) as allowed by second engrossed substitute senate bill 5987, section 302 and abolishing the TBD governing board following its assumption.
