Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on September 02, 2015 from Fernando Gutierrez (Designated Contact: J. Curtis & Associates, Inc., PO Box 956, Mattawa, WA 99349), was found to be technically complete on November 20, 2015. PROJECT: Short subdivision creating three (3) lots from approximately 20 acres in the Rural Residential 3 zone. Lot 1 will be used for residential purposes and has an existing manufactured home with septic and drainfield. Lots 2 & 3 will be for residential use and are both currently vacant land. LOCATION: The project is located at 20102 A St SW, Beverly
WA approximately 6 miles north of Mattawa, WA. The parcel is located in the southeast quarter of Section 34, Township 16 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. ZONING:

This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Office hours: 8 am-12 noon, 1-4 pm, M-F. Comments must be submitted to the Planning Department no later than 4 pm on December 22, 2015. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
