TO: THE ESTATE OF RAYMOND L. ROSE IN REM

An Order of Sale has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Franklin County, commanding the Sheriff as follows:

“WHEREAS, . . . in the above entitled court on September 25, 2015, Plaintiff, secured a judgment against defendant The Estate of Raymond L. Rose, in Rem , in the total judgment amount of $178,546.07, together with interest rate of 2.00000% per annum, $17.09. per diem from the date of judgment and continuing thereafter until the date of sale.

WHEREAS, 34 days elapsed from August 22, 2015 through the entry of judgment on September 25, 2015. Per diem interest in the amount of $17.09, multiplied by 34 days results in additional interest in the amount of $581.06, which when added to the sum of $178,546.07 results in a total judgment amount of $179,127.13

WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against parties of a Deed of Trust Mortgage on real estate in Franklin County, Washington, described as follows:

LOTS 5, BLOCK 2, CLINE ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME C OF PLATES, PAGE 38, RECORDS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, WASHINGTON,

Tax Parcel 119153-078 and commonly known as 4320 West Agate Street, Pasco, WA 99301

WHEREAS, on September 25, 2015, the Court ordered that all of the above-described property be sold and the proceeds applied to the payment of principal, interest, attorney fees, costs and disbursements and other recovery amounts with interest to date of the sale of the property.

NOW,THEREFORE, in the name of the STATE OF WASHINGTON you are hereby commanded to proceed to seize and sell forthwith and without appraisement, the property above described, in the manner provided by law, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the judgment amount plus interest to date of sale. The redemption period is 0 months. The Sheriff’s notice of sale shall be published in the Franklin County Graphic.
