Notice of Open Record Appeal Hearing

WinCo Foods is proposing to build a 58,285 SF grocery store and to divide one parcel of an existing binding site plan into 3 new parcels. The site is located south of 1020 Stratford Rd, described as Parcel J, Big Bend Binding Site Plan; Parcel #09-0629-011, in the C-2 General Commercial Zone. A Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) was issued for the project on Oct. 2, 2015. An appeal of the MDNS and of the binding site plan has been filed with the Community Development Department.

The Planning Commission will conduct an open record appeal hearing on both the SEPA appeal and the binding site plan appeal on Dec. 21, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 401 Balsam Street.
