Rd. 6.6 NE, approximately one quarter mile south of McConihe Rd. NE. The parcel is Tract A of Meadows Plat First Addition. HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall

be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
