Pioneer Meadows Major Plat: Pioneer Meadows LLC of Liberty Lake submitted an application for a major subdivision on Aug. 21, 2015. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on Aug. 26, 2015. The proposal is to plat 14.75 acres into 2 lots for future development. The site is in the C-2 General Commercial and R-3 Multi-Family Residential Zones, located west of Pioneer Way, north of Ninth Ave., east of Division St., and south of Lark Ave; described as Tax # 3820, 3821, & 4496; Assessor Parcel #11-0321-000, 11-0322-000, & 11-0361-000. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following development regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code (MLMC) Title 14: Environmental Regulations, Title 17: Subdivisions, Title 18: Zoning, Chapter 19.06: Wetlands, & Title 20: Development Review.
The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Oct. 15, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 401 Balsam Street. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and provide comment.
Written comments on the environmental impacts of this proposal will be accepted until Sept. 28, 2015. Written comments on other aspects of this proposal will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on the date of the public hearing. Persons who want to be informed of future actions, or the final decision, on this proposal should provide their name and address to the project planner. The final decision on this proposal will be made within 120 days of the date of the notice of completeness and may be appealed according to the City appeal provisions specified in MLMC 20.11, Appeals.
