635 acres described as Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 31 E.W.M.; and 61.3 acres described as the North _ of the Southeast _; Southwest _ of the Southeast _; the Southeast _ of the Southeast _ of the Southwest _ East of the East Low Canal centerline, Section 2, Township 18 North, Range 30 E.W.M.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition dated Aug. 12, 2015, was filed with the Board of Directors of the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District by the Warden Hutterian Brethren and WHB Trust, the holders of title to all the land hereinafter described, praying that the following described land be included within the District: 635 acres described as Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 31 E.W.M.; and 61.3 acres described as the North _ of the Southeast _; Southwest _ of the Southeast _; the Southeast _ of the Southeast _ of the Southwest _ East of the East Low Canal centerline, Section 2, Township 18 North, Range 30 E.W.M.

All persons interested in or that may be affected by such inclusion of the land described above are hereby notified to appear at the office of the Board at Othello, Adams County, Washington, Oct. 7, 2015, this being the regular meeting of the Board next after the last day of publication of this Notice of Hearing, and show cause in writing, if any they have, why such land should not be included within the District as prayed for in the petition.
