POTHOLES EAST CANAL MILE 22.7

CHECK STRUCTURE MODIFICATIONS

COLUMBIA BASIN HYDROPOWER

Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids for the Check Structure Modifications at the Potholes East Canal Mile 22.7 Check Structure near Othello, Washington. The Work covers turnkey concrete demolition, dike work for drain water diversion, installation of two Langemann Gates, and concrete formwork and placement at the site.

Bids shall be on a lump sum basis in U.S. dollars.

A Notice of Award will be issued on or about September 10, 2015. All Work is to be performed November 2, 2015 through February 15, 2016.

CBHP will receive sealed bids until 11:00 AM local time on September 4, 2015 at the CBHP office, 457 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, Washington 98823. Bids will then and there be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the time of announced opening will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

A site visit will begin at the Potholes East Canal Mile 22.7 Check Structure, near Othello, Washington on Monday, August 24, 2015 at 1:00PM.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in certified or cashier's check or bid bond on CBHP form and in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid.

CBHP reserves the right to waive any irregularities as informalities and to reject any and all bids.
