Project: A Short Subdivision of a 65.16 acre parcel into 4 lots for residential purposes.

Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on July 29, 2015 from Craig Palmer (Designated Contact: Erik Angel, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376) was found to be technically complete on August 18, 2015. Project: A Short Subdivision of a 65.16 acre parcel into 4 lots for residential purposes. Lot 1 will be 18.78 and has an existing residence, 2 shops, and a hay shed. Lot 2 will be 36.08 acres and has an existing shop. Lot 3 will be 5.00 acres and is currently vacant. Lot 4 will be 5.30 acres and is currently vacant. Location: The proposal is located approximately 2.08 miles east of Moses Lake on N Rd NE, 400 feet east of the N Rd NE and North Frontage Rd E intersection. The parcel is in the NW corner of Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #31-2930-000. Zoning: Rural Urban Reserve. Public Hearing: None. Consistency Statement: This proposal is subject to, and shall be consistent with, Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed or hand-delivered. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above mentioned proposal and materials.
