Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on August 11, 2015 from Shirley Morris (Designated Contact: Erik Angel, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376) was found to be technically complete on August 13, 2015. Project: A Short Subdivision of a 89.15 acre parcel into 4 lots. Lot 1 will be 4.82 acres with an existing residence and 3 accessory buildings. Lot 2 will be 76.76 acres which will continue to be used for agriculture and will have no residential capacity. 44.58 acres of Lot 2 will be reserved for open space. Lot 3 will be 2.50 acres and will have residential capacity. Lot 4 will be 2.38 acres and will have no residential capacity. Zoning: Agriculture. Location: The proposal is located on 7 Rd NE and is approximately 2 miles east of the intersection of SR 283 and 7 Rd NW. The parcel is approximately 6.86 miles south of Ephrata, WA and is in the NE corner of Section 35, Township 20 North, Range 25 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #20-0254-000. Zoning: Agriculture. Public Hearing: None. Consistency Statement: This proposal is subject to, and shall be consistent with, Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
