PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 54.55 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on July 28, 2015 from Bill Watson (Designated Contact: Erik Angel, Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376) was found to be technically complete on July 30, 2015. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 54.55 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 2.42 acres in size, and contains an existing single-family residence, shop, well, and septic system. Lot 2 will be approximately 50.31 acres in size, and is vacant. Lot 2 will continue its present agricultural use, and will have no residential capacity. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 16975 Road 7 NW, Quincy, WA. The subject parcel is located approximately 1.50 miles south of the city limits of Quincy, WA, and southeast of the intersection of State Highway 281 and Road 7 NW, and in the NW quarter of Section 32, Township 20 North, Range 24 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #20-0647-000). ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
