Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit Application was received by Grant County on 7/22/15, from Bruce Perry (Out West Oil), PO Box 1248, Mattawa, WA 99349; and was found to be technically complete on 8/4/15. PROJECT: Construction of a single family residence.

A single family residence is allowed in the Rural Village Commercial zone as a Conditional Use pursuant to Grant County Code 23.04, Table 5. LOCATION: The project site is a 12 acre

parcel located north of the intersection of SR 243 and East Desert Aire Dr. SW. The parcel is located just east of the Desert Aire development approximately two miles south of Mattawa, in the south half of Section 23, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #15-0115-010. ZONING: Rural Village Commercial. SEPA: Exempt. PUBLIC

HEARING: Hearing Examiner meeting is tentatively scheduled at 12:00 noon, September

9, 2015, in the Commissioners' Hearing Room of the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with,

the Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011 extension 2501; front office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 4pm, Monday - Friday. Comments must be submitted no later than 5:00pm August 24, 2015 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code.
