Crossroads North Phases II-VI Major Plats: Hayden Homes of Redmond, OR submitted applications for 5 major subdivisions on Feb. 17, 2015. Additional required information was submitted on April 3 & 20. The applications were determined to be complete and ready for review on April 21, 2015. The proposal is to divide 34 acres into 153 residential lots in the R-1 Single Family & R-3 Multi-family Zones. The site is located east of SR-17, 600' to 2000' south of Wheeler Road, described as FU 95 & portion FU 96, Block 41, less T#s, Assessor Parcel #11-0069-455 & 466. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following development regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code (MLMC) Title 14: Environmental Regulations, Title 17: Subdivisions, Title 18: Zoning, & Title 20: Development Review.

The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on June 11, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Civic Center, 401 Balsam Street. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and provide comment.

Written comments on the environmental impacts of this proposal will be accepted until May 13, 2015. Written comments on other aspects of this proposal will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on the date of the public hearing. Persons who want to be informed of future actions, or the final decision, on this proposal should provide their name and address to the project planner. The final decision on this proposal will be made within 120 days of the date of the notice of completeness and may be appealed according to the City appeal provisions specified in MLMC 20.11, Appeals.
