PROJECT: A Variance to the 20-ft. front setback requirement as defined in GCC § 23.12, Table 3, in order to enable construction of an approximately 20-ft. x 30-ft. (approximately 660 sq. ft.) garage with a 15-ft. front setback on an approximately 0.15-acre parcel in the Shoreline Development 4 zoning district of Grant County.
