(approximately 660 sq. ft.) garage with a 15-ft. front setback on an approximately 0.15-acre parcel in the Shoreline Development 4 zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a request for a Variance application received on April 01, 2015 from Bob & Patricia Crump was found to be technically complete on April 13, 2015. PROJECT: A Variance to the 20-ft. front setback requirement as defined in GCC § 23.12, Table 3, in order to enable construction of an approximately 20-ft. x 30-ft. (approximately 660 sq. ft.) garage with a 15-ft. front setback on an approximately 0.15-acre parcel in the Shoreline Development 4 zoning district of Grant County. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located in Sunland Estates at 942 SW Hunter Ave. It is known as Lot 10, Block 3 of Sunland Estates Division #1. The site is located approximately 8 miles west of George, WA and is in the SE quarter of Section 02, Township 18 North, Range 22 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #05-0176-000). ZONING: Shoreline Development 4. PUBLIC HEARING: Hearing Examiner meeting tentatively scheduled at 12:00 noon, June 10, 2015, in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
