You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first

publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after April 17, 2015, and defend the

real property foreclosure action in Grant County Superior Court, and answer the complaint of

Planet Home Lending, LLC, (“Plaintiff”). You are asked to serve a copy of your answer or

responsive pleading upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff at its office stated below. In case

of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the

complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.

The purpose of this lawsuit is to obtain a judgment, and if not immediately paid, to be

satisfied through the foreclosure of real property located in Grant County, Washington, and legally

described as follows:

THAT PORTION OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 28 E.W.M., GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 10; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE OF 417.4 FEET; THENCE WEST, PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE OF 208.7 FEET; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID SUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE OF 417.4 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 10; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SECTION 10, A DISTANCE OF 208.7 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
