The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) offers for lease at sealed bid Public Auction a tract of land containing 465 acres, more or less, described as All, excepting that portion described as Red Rock Lake and that portion lying north of State Highway 26, Section 16, Township 16 North, Range 26 East, W. M., containing approximately 465.00 grazing acres, Grant County. Annual Rent will be $837.00. Lease covenants may be examined at the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, DNR Southeast Region Office located at 713 Bowers Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926, or the office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, Olympia, WA.
