Epifania Garza

January 10, 1922 - March 17, 2015

Epifania Garza of Crystal City, Texas was born Jan. 10, 1922 and passed away March 17, 2015 at the age of 93.

Mrs. Garza was preceded in death by her husband, Florentino Garza Sr.; daughter, Gloria Garza; parents, Sabino Dolores Ortiz. She is survived by her sons, Roy (Rogelio) of Crystal City, Texas, and Florentino Garza Jr., Rolando Garza, Richard Garza all of Moses Lake, Washington; daughters, Maria Elena Gonzalez, Lita Lerma, Rosario Bernhardt from Moses Lake, Washington; brother, Lorenzo Ortiz (Lencho); sisters, Adela Castaneda and Consuelo Ortiz. Mrs. Garza is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and a rosary was recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service was held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Internment followed at Benito Juarez Cemetery in Crystal City. Funeral services were entrusted to Castle Ridge Mortuary-Crystal City.
