PROJECT: A Binding Site Plan in order to create two (2) lots from one existing 40.46-acre parcel in the Rural Light Industrial zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that Grant County has scheduled a public hearing for the following project: A Binding Site Plan application received by Grant County on September 26, 2014 from Wolfkill Feed & Fertilizer Corporation (Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Survey LLC, PO Box 505, 130 1st Avenue NW, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-4376). PROJECT: A Binding Site Plan in order to create two (2) lots from one existing 40.46-acre parcel in the Rural Light Industrial zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 will be approximately 2.78 acres in size, and will contain an existing agriculture-based commercial business (Wolfkill Feed & Fertilizer). Lot 2 will be approximately 37.69 acres in size, and is presently vacant. Both lots are intended for light industrial use. LOCATION: The subject parcel is located approximately 1.50 miles south of the intersection of Interstate 90 and State Highway 17 (Exit 179), and approximately 1.25 miles northwest of the intersection of State Highway 17 and Road 1 SE. It is also located in a portion of the SE quarter of Section 1, Township 18 North, Range 28 East, and in a portion of the SW quarter of Section 6, Township 18 North, Range 29 East, and in a portion of the NW quarter of Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 29 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #19-0589-005). PUBLIC HEARING: A hearing for this proposal continued on December 10, 2014 has been tentatively scheduled for the Hearing Examiner meeting at 12:00 noon, May 13, 2015, in the

Commissioners' Hearing Room of the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this
