NOTICE OF HEARING

A TELECOMMUNICATION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN FRANKLIN COUNTY AND DESERT WINDS WIRELESS, INC.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a telecommunication franchise agreement is being considered by the Board of County Commissioners. The agreement will be between Franklin County and Desert Winds Wireless, Inc., and will permit the installation and maintenance of fiber optic cable and appurtenances throughout Franklin County, Washington. A copy of the proposed agreement is available at the Franklin County Commissioners’ Office at the Courthouse or on the County’s website (please see below).

A public hearing on said agreement will be held during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of County Commissioners at the Courthouse (1016 North Fourth Avenue) in Pasco, Washington, on the 22nd day of April, 2015, at the hour of 9:30 a.m.
