Ephrata P.A. to speak on literacy project

EPHRATA - A physician's assistant from Ephrata will be the guest speaker after the Grant County Historical Society's heritage luncheon on Tuesday, April 14.

The Grant County Historical Society will have its regular board meeting on at 11 a.m. at the Ephrata American Legion Post 276 at 8th Ave NW, Ephrata.

Lunch will be served at noon, followed by guest speaker Charlene Brush, P.A. Brush will give a report on her recent travels, sponsored by the Rotary organization, to participate in the Guatemala Literacy Project.

If you wish to have lunch ($5) and sit in on the presentation, you are asked call the Legion after 1 p.m. at 754-2761 or Rita Mayrant at 750-4555. The public is invited.
