MOSES LAKE - The Lioness Club of Moses Lake will be opening the Space Burger booth at the Grant County Fairgrounds Friday, April 10, through Sunday, April 12.

There will also be a dog show at the fairgrounds that weekend.

The Lioness Club has opened the Space Burger booth at the Grant County Fairgrounds in the spring months for several years. All proceeds raised that weekend are divided amongst local cancer organizations, such as the Columbia Basin Cancer Foundation and the American Cancer Society (Relay for Life).

"Come support the Lioness Club as we support these local organizations," Lioness Michealle Boetger said.

The booth will open on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Your next chance to buy Space Burgers will be at the Grant County Fair in August.

"If you'd be available to work a four-hour shift please call 770-1698," Boetger asked. "We can't raise these funds without volunteers." "We're also looking for volunteers to work during the Grant County Fair in August," she added.

The Lioness request that all larger orders be ordered ahead of time by calling 770-1698.
