Sealed Bids will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County at Ephrata, Washington until 2:30 P.M. on April 21, 2015 for Supplying One (1) 230kV A-Frame Structure for the Mountain View 230kV Substation and Steel Structures for the Mountain View 230kV A-Frame Substation and the South Ephrata 115kV Substation as more fully described in Contract Documents 170-4014.
