NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD April 13, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding the following budget extension request from the Grant County Sheriff's Office:

1. In the amount of $15,000.00 due to additional revenue generated in January, and request purchase a replacement boat motor for their marine unit using these funds. The motor will be purchased from Valley Marine of Yakima.

2. In the amount of $102,320.00 for the software and hardware repair and upgrade for the operation of their touchscreen master control panels in the main office of the Sheriff and Jail. Funding is requested from current expense or Law and Justice funds.

3. In the amount of $7,200.00 to receive anticipated additional revenues for the month of February and for the software upgrade and associated license for the operation of their Crossmatch Live Scan Fingerprint machine in the main office of the Sheriff and Jail.

4. In the amount of $60,000.00 from the County Road Fund to the Sheriff's Office Capital Expenditures budget for the purchase of 2-Patrol Motorcycles and associated equipment for use in their Motor Traffic Unit.
