FEASIBILITY REPORT ON ESTABLISHING

AN ACCESS ROAD

TO THE JUNIPER DUNES WILDERNESS

AREA AS A COUNTY ROAD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County will be hearing a report on the feasibility of establishing an access road to the Juniper Dunes Wilderness Area and adjacent off-highway vehicle (OHV) area. The Juniper Dunes area is located in southeast Franklin County, about four (4) miles north of Pasco-Kahlotus Road between mile post 5.92 and mile post 12.78:

A public hearing on said feasibility report will be held during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of County Commissioners at the Courthouse in Pasco, Washington, on the 8th day of April, 2015, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
