An ordinance creating Chapter 18.50 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Recreational Marijuana Businesses”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which establishes the regulations for recreational marijuana businesses.

This ordinance, which was passed on September 23, 2014, will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
