An ordinance amending Chapter 3.30 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Utility Occupational Tax”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which deletes the section transferring 3% of the utility occupational tax collected into the Street Repair and Reconstruction Fund.

This ordinance, which was passed on September 23, 2014, will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
