An ordinance amending Chapter 2.48 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Planning Commission”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which establishes the residency requirements for members of the Planning Commission.

This ordinance, which was passed on September 23, 2014, will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
