MOSES LAKE — A woman who reportedly stole a Chrysler 300 car early Monday morning was arrested after a chase with Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones.
The chase stopped about 20 minutes later. That is when Brittany Strong, 18, of Moses Lake, crashed into a fire hydrant at Mather Drive and Larson Boulevard in Moses Lake’s Larson Housing Area.
