Operation Skywatch conclusion
This photo shows off the new boat intended for water rescue, plus the four paid Moses Lake Fire Department staff in the late 1950s. Unintended, but still important, is the Operation Skywatch observation tower in the background, to the right. It was located where the small cinderblock building is today near the police department.
