Woman concerned about jail conditions

I'm a concerned parent who protects the rights of the disabled and mentally disabled. Our courts and prosecutor are so easy to charge and convict without doing the right procedure.

Our county jails don't provide medications they say are narcotics even if one needs these prescriptions given by a doctor. Our courts can charge a person with cruelty to animals. But what about to a human being? That's someone to should be held accountable for injuries or possible death to inmates incarcerated with their needs or the right medications. People die all over the world. Yes those incarcerated shouldn't be treated any different. They are human beings, nobody is perfect.
