NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition dated July 9, 2014, was filed with the Board of Directors of the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District by Stan Hansen, the holders of title to all the land hereinafter described, praying that the following described land be included within the District: 355.52 acres described as the North 1/2 of Township 21, Range 28, Section 11, north of the East Low Canal.
