Sealed Bids from Bidders pre-qualified pursuant to RCW 54.04.085 will be received by the Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County at Ephrata, Washington until 2:30 P.M. on October 7, 2014 for Distribution Line Construction (Dock Crews) in 2015 and 2016 as more fully described in Contract Documents 130-3896H.
